This course provides a deeper understanding of how to recognize and respond to concerning behaviors, apply advanced de-escalation strategies. Built on standards from ASIS, OSHA, and the FBI, the training empowers participants to lead with confidence and foster a safer, more accountable workplace. With a runtime of approximately 25 minutes, the course is available through your LMS or intranet and includes scenario-based learning and interactive assessments to reinforce key concepts.

At CPPS, I worked on many different creative projects where de-escalation, communication, and life saving skills were incorporated into projects to help employees and travelers stay safe.
This WVIT course, was one I directed and helped develop. It was a great undertaking, and the end result was a great success.

Cinematographer (DP) - If Only
At my undergrad, MWSU, I worked on many thesis films holding just about every position from pre to post production you can have at that level. If Only was my thesis film. It was an invaluable
learning experience.
I was the writer, cinematographer, and overall post production person on my thesis film, If Only. It was the best learning experience I have ever had, and that has helped me immensely in my professional career. I owe it so much.
